Service Description
During these sessions, we will work collaboratively to address your dog’s behaviour at home and ensuring that everybody in the home - humans and dog - is on board and on the same page.
We will also look at finding the best structure and routine for them and work on foundational training in a low-distraction environment.
To book one of these sessions you must have completed a free dog training assessment.
Travel within a 10 mile radius is included in this service. Additional distance is subject to a small mileage fee per mile.
By booking this session, you acknowledge and agree to the 48-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Services - Cancellation and Rescheduling:
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked service as needed.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide at least 48 hours notice.
All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted directly via email to jess@sunflowerk9.uk
Late Cancellations
If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full rate of the service.
This will be a fee of £75 per session. This includes assessments.
Failure to Attend:
If you do not attend a booked session or class without prior notice, you will be charged for the full service fee, including assessments.
Emergency Cancellations / Rescheduling:
The Company may waiver the cancellation / rescheduling policy at their discretion.
This will be case dependent and you may be asked to present proof of the emergency.
