So, your dog’s being a bit of knob…

During this initial consultation, I’ll take the time to get to know both you and your dog, evaluate their behaviour, discuss their health and previous training, look at the structures and routines you already have in place, and provide my opinions on the best path forward.

Whether it’s improving their obedience, introducing the basics to puppies, or working with more complex behavioural issues, I’m here to listen without any judgement and offer suggestions on how to get you both on on the right track and creating more connection and harmony between you.

This is your chance to get expert insight, ask as many questions as you like, and make an informed decision about your dog's training.

Every assessment is followed up by a thorough written evaluation, including personalised advice and clear guidelines of how we can work together to achieve your training goals.

By booking this session, you acknowledge and agree to our 48-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions for Services - Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked service as needed.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session for any reason, it is your responsibility to provide at least 48 hours notice.

All cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be submitted directly via email to jess@sunflowerk9.uk

Late Cancellations

If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full rate of the service.

This will be a fee of £75 per session. This includes assessments.

Failure to Attend:

If you do not attend a booked session or class without prior notice, you will be charged for the full service fee, including assessments.

Emergency Cancellations / Rescheduling:

The Company may waiver the cancellation / rescheduling policy at their discretion.

This will be case dependent and you may be asked to present proof of the emergency.
